All of our items are delivered free of charge within the UK

We aim to post items within 2 working days of payment, if there is a delay we will do our best to inform the customers

Our standard postage is via Royal Mail 48 Hour tracked service, if an item is required faster then a charge would be made
At the present time we do not post overseas

Any personal information shared with this site is between Us, the sellers and You the customer. We do not pass on your details to any third party and it will not be used for marketing purposes by any third party.

Your payment details will only be seen by the provider of our payment services which we do not have access to for obvious security reasons.

Returns and refunds

Damages. In the event of a problem with an item we will require photographic proof of the damage to assess if the item will need to be returned to us.


Changed your mind? the item can be returned to the address on the contacts page, please ensure you put your details in the package so we can rectify or refund quickly. Return postage will be paid by the customer.

Refund will be made on inspection of the item, either by return or the photographs supplied. Refunded payments will only be made into the account used for the purchase.
